The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent strategy and organizational culture at PwC Lesotho. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the firm’s long-term business goals and growth objectives.
- Lead the talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier professionals in audit, tax, and advisory sectors.

Experience
Applicants must possess a minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 4 years in a senior management or leadership role. Experience within a professional services firm (Audit, Legal, or Consulting) is strongly preferred. A proven history of managing diverse teams and implementing successful talent management strategies is essential for success in this role.
Salary
