Job Overview
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role will lead talent management initiatives, drive organizational development, and ensure compliance with local labor laws while promoting IBM’s core values.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.
- Provide expert counsel on employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
- Design and deliver leadership development and employee engagement programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and present actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Lesotho labor legislation and IBM global policies.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR initiatives.

Education

Experience
Minimum of eight years of progressive HR experience, including at least four years in a senior business partner or similar advisory role. Experience within a multinational technology or consulting firm is preferred.
Salary
The annual compensation package ranges from SSP 500,000 to SSP 800,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses, health benefits, and retirement contributions.
