Job Overview
The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting Novartis’ portfolio of prescription medicines to healthcare professionals across the Hlotse district. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
- Engage healthcare professionals through face‑to‑face visits, virtual meetings, and scientific presentations.
- Provide accurate, up‑to‑date product information, clinical data, and therapeutic guidelines.
- Identify market opportunities, gather competitor insights, and report market trends to the regional sales manager.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English and Sesotho.
- Proven sales negotiation and closing skills in a B2B environment.

Education

Experience
Applicants should have 2‑4 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably within Southern Africa. Experience in territory management, product launch, and relationship building with healthcare providers is essential.
Salary
