Job Overview
The Downstream Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of TotalEnergies’ downstream assets in Lesotho. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the analyst will monitor key performance indicators, conduct data‑driven analyses, and support decision‑making processes that enhance efficiency, safety, and profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from fuel stations, storage terminals, and logistics hubs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that track throughput, inventory levels, and compliance metrics.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the planning and execution of maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the finance team to forecast fuel demand and align procurement strategies.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all downstream activities.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at digital transformation and process automation.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Understanding of downstream oil & gas processes, including refining, storage, and distribution.

Education

Experience

Salary
